The Second Day — Test

Today was a weird day. The math teacher gave me a test, and I was surprised to discover that it covered concepts that I would have considered to be an elementary school level, like fractions. “Come on, I am 10th grade; not grade one!” I thought. They must have made some mistake, I thought.

A new challenge happened later. I had trouble finding the classroom for my drawing class. I could not recall the location of the classroom which the principal showed me the day before. Fortunately, I found an assistant teacher, Lucy, and she helped me to find the classroom. I get very anxious when I think I might get lost or forget what classroom I should go to (Though I have a paper and I know my way around the Blackboard website, I was so worried that I would make a mistake). In China, I always stayed in the same classroom, same spot, same table, same chair, same boring routine… Though having different classrooms is stressful, I like it.

Another riddle for you; I also invented the phrase “vast telling” when I was in an international school. Can you guess the meaning?
